General booking and Terms of Use
Travelflamenco's services may only be used by customers who first become aware of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and has unconditionally to accept these terms by clicking on the relevant box, or by clicking on the for this purpose provided hypertext link . Without this acceptance, it is technically impossible to continue the booking process. These general conditions apply as of April 1, 2009.

Booking Conditions

Article 1. Definitions and Scope
1.1. Definitions
The following definitions have the same meaning in the singular or plural.
"Customer" means a customer that reserves, orders and / or buys one or more of the services offered on the Website.
"Service Provider" means a provider of services, such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, dance schools, holiday homes and apartments, course operators, car rental and insurance.
"Website" means the website www.travelflamenco.com.
"Service" means a service offered on the Website, such as booking transport, accommodation services, rental services and package tours.
"Conditions" means these general terms of use and booking.
"Special Conditions" means the terms applicable to the activities of the Service which the Customer has agreed separately.

1.2. Scope
Travelflamenco offers the opportunity to book travel services through the site, particularly package tours, flights, accommodation, workshops, courses, car hire and travel insurance. Travelflamenco acts on behalf and on behalf of various service providers of hotel and / or transport services, travel agencies, dance schools, and tour operators. These general booking and terms of use apply to the offer and delivery of services.
The provision and delivery of services is also subject to the Special Conditions of Service, which during the booking process to be made available to the client. Acceptance by the Customer of the Special Conditions shall take place at the time of actually placing an order.
The General Conditions may at any time without notice be changed, although such changes do not apply to orders already accepted by Travelflamenco behalf of the Service (s). Article 2. Booking by the website www.travelflamenco.com
2.1. Legal responsibility of the customer
The Web site helps the customer to find travel products and in making the required reservations, and mediates between the associated transactions and Service. The Customer is at least 18 years of age, legally competent to make contractual commitments to, and using the Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Customer is financially responsible for his / her activities on this Website, including possible use of his / her customer name and password. He / she ensures that the information entered on the Website about him / her is correct and accurate.
Any use of the Site that is fraudulent or in violation of these Terms and Conditions is grounds for refusal of access to the Customer by the Service or Services offered to the other functionality of the Website.

2.2. Placing and canceling orders
All conditions of cancellation or modification of orders and / or reimbursement are directly accessible on the Website prior to cancellation, and be even mentioned in the confirmation of the order or in the Special Conditions.

Refunds will not be granted without prior consent of the Service. In the event a refund to the Customer is granted, the previously paid shall be refunded to the account of which the order was used. Booking fee and any insurance policies are not eligible for refund.
If a ticket is re-issued or a new reservation is placed next to a cancellation or adjustment initiated by the Customer, the price of the new ticket or the new booking is higher than the price of the first ticket or the initial reservation.
In transport and for travel, any delay which makes it impossible to check in, the Customer is not relieved of its financial liabilities are described in these terms, in the confirmation of the order or in the Special Conditions.

2.3. Notification and obtaining travel documents
The travel documents will be provided ordered on the Website Service:
• delivered to the Customer in his / her reservation specified email address, or
• if physical travel documents are issued, sent to the Customer in his / her reservation specified delivery address.
At the time of booking delivery times indicated are the average times for processing and delivery to destinations in the Netherlands.
In the event that the supply of tickets or travel vouchers is impossible by the failure of the Customer when completing his / her personal information, neither the Service Provider (s) or Travelflamenco is liable.
Tickets or vouchers will not be delivered to addresses abroad, including overseas territories of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Tickets or travel vouchers can only be delivered to addresses within the Netherlands.

2.4. Proof
It is expressly agreed that, except in the event of a serious breach from Travelflamenco or Service providers the information systems of Travelflamenco and / or its Service Providers data stored is probative value with regard to reservations placed by the Customer. On computers or electronic media stored data constitute valid proof, and will therefore under the same conditions and with the same evidence will be admissible as a physical written document. However, the customer will always be evidence to the contrary may be required.

Article 3. Specific Services
Travelflamenco acts solely on behalf and on behalf of the Service regarding the provision and delivery of all Services.

3.1. Air Transport Services
3.1.1. Air Transport Conditions
Air transport is subject to the Special Conditions of the Information service airline and / or tour operator (s).
It is the responsibility of the Customer to comply with the instructions of the airlines and tour operators, particularly in relation to check in. It is advisable to check in at least three hours in advance and to be present for the departure of international flights and at least two hours before the departure of domestic flights. The Client is reminded of the need to take sufficient time to observe and take care about possible delays of travel that include a connection, especially when switching to another airport.
For return flights, regardless of the type of flight, it often requires to confirm the return flight with the airline no later than 72 hours before the intended date of the flight. It is the responsibility of the Customer to reconfirm his / her return flight. Open return tickets for the return trip is recommended to book as early as possible.
The Client is reminded that if he / she has a return flight booked and does not use the outbound flight, the airline canceles the return flight.
In case of special flights or charter flights, the name of the airline, flight schedules, aircraft types, the itinerary and stopovers possible only communicated as an indication of the outward and return flights of the trip. These flights, aircraft types and flight numbers are subject to change, and times may be shifted up to 24 hours, even after confirmation.
The Client is reminded that airlines sometimes refuse pregnant women if in their assessment the advanced stage of pregnancy is a risk of preterm labor during the flight.
Children younger than 2 years have not assigned their own seat on the plane, unless the parents are willing to pay for a completely separate seat. This provision applies only under the condition that the children throughout the duration of the trip, both on the departure date on the return date, are less than 2 years. Airlines require that children on the return date older than 2 should have a return ticket at children's rate. Costs incurred as a result of failure by the Customer of this rule are not eligible for reimbursement.
Children under 14 without guidance are not transported. Children aged 14 or older must have their own identification with them at all times.

3.1.2. Administrative and / or health conditions
Administrative and / or health conditions required for making a trip are available on the Website. It is the responsibility of the Client to inform themselves about these regulations, and meet them and the involved costs.
The Client is reminded that some countries require a passport must be valid for more than 6 months after return date.
The Customer must inform themselves about possible regulations concerning police, customs and health for his / her trip such as passport, national identity, parental consent, visas, medical certificates, vaccination certificates, etc. on the Website said formalities are addressed on Dutch citizens, and the information is provided only for guidance.

In the case of loss or theft of a ticket, the customer must make a declaration to the police and the airline in order to obtain a new ticket on the Service. The Special Conditions may provide that a refund of the cost offered, depending on the assessment by the Service.

3.1.3. special rates
To book flights on the Website airmiles or vouchers of any bonus programs may not be used.
Many airlines offer special rates for children younger than 2 years, children and elderly. These discounts are subject to the airline and the flight, the availability of seats and age of passengers.
The discount rate for children is not automatically applied to the adult fares offered by airlines. The discount rate for children may vary by flight and in some cases it is possible that there are no discounts offered by the airline. It is therefore possible that the child rate is the same as specified on the Website adult fare.
If the Customer has benefited from a discount, the corresponding special fares in the price table shown before he / she confirms the reservation.

3.1.4. liability
The Client is reminded that the liability of airlines for death, personal injury and other damage is normally limited by national law or international convention for air, or by their own Special Conditions of the airline. In case of air transport Client receives a copy of the conditions of the airline in his / her ticket.

3.1.5. electronic ticket
The electronic ticket is a ticket without physical form. When this type of ticket is purchased, the Customer must go to the check in desk of the airline and show a valid travel document (passport, visa, identity card, etc.) to become his / her boarding card. 3.2. accommodation Services
Accommodation is offered separately or as part of a package. The services are covered by the Special Conditions of the Service Providers who offer accommodation.

3.2.1. Duration of travel
The day of departure and the day of return belong among the duration of the trip. The first day and last days are generally spent on transport. It is expressly agreed that if, due by the airlines or another carrier used diagrams, the first and / or last night be shortened by a late arrival or early departure, no refunds are made.

3.2.2. Use of rooms
The Client is reminded that rooms are generally only available from 14:00 hours to 12:00 hours and should be abandoned, regardless of the arrival or departure of the transport used.
Individual rooms in general, contain a bed per person. For these rooms is often a surcharge. Double rooms are provided with either two beds or, less often, with a double bed.

3.2.3. Classification
The indication of the comfort level in the descriptions on the Website is awarded to hotels corresponds to a classification based on local standards in the country of residence, which therefore may differ from Dutch standards. This classification is only provided for reference. It may happen that, for technical reasons, for reasons of force majeure, or via a third party, the original hotel booked is replaced by a hotel of the same category with similar services.

3.2.4. Activities

3.2.5. Meals
If meals are part of the holiday arrangement, the number of meals depends on the number of nights. Full board usually includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Half board is normally including breakfast and either lunch or dinner, depending on the arrangement. Half board and full board starting with the meal prior to the first night and ending with breakfast after last night. If one or more meals can not be enjoyed as a result of the schedule of the airlines or another carrier, no refund is granted.
The Client is reminded that, unless otherwise described on the Website, drinks with meals are not included. If there is no safe drinking water is available, the Client shall bear the costs of buying bottled water.
Parents are advised to bring special food for their babies, as babyfood is not always available.

3.2.6. Taxes
The local authorities of certain countries may impose additional taxes (tourist tax, etc.) which must be paid on the spot. Only the Customer is liable for paying such additional taxes.

3.3. Car rental
The car rental services are offered separately or as part of a package. These services fall under the Special Conditions of the rental of vehicles.

3.3.1. Payment Procedures
When the vehicle is retrieved, the main driver has to be present with his / her credit or debit card. The Customer is to check in the Special Conditions of the Service what credit cards and / or debit cards are accepted.
The Serviceprovider should make a prior authorization request to the bank or card issuer of the Customer. The Customer should therefore contact with his / her bank or credit card company to check his / her credit limit.
If the Customer fails to comply with rules set out above, the vehicle of the Service Provider is not available, but the full price will be charged.

3.3.2. Surcharges
For the rental of vehicles in certain countries like the United States of America, some service providers automatically charge for refueling after the vehicle is returned. Service providers also bring certain charges as snow tires.
Unless otherwise agreed, the Customer must return the vehicle to the branch where the car was picked up, otherwise the service providers bring a "one way" surcharge.

3.3.3. International use of vehicle
The Client is reminded that some service providers do not allow the rented vehicle to be used outside the country in which it was rented.

3.3.4. Cancellation
If the client his / her reservation canceles on the day of collection of the vehicle, the cancellation costs of the Service Provider are 100% of the price of the service.
If the Customer / cancels its order before the day of pick up the vehicle, the cancellation fee are determined by the Special Conditions of the Serviceprovider.

3.4. Local tourism activities
The local tourist activities are offered separately or as part of a package. These services fall under the Special Conditions of Service of these local activities. The services are not transferable and are not eligible for refund or amendment.

3.4.1. Activities
It is possible that some services offered by the Service Providers which are described on the Website may be canceled due to weather, acts of God, stay out of season or if the number of participants required for the activity is not achieved.

3.4.2. Price
Description of Services on the Website include the local tourist activities that are part of the quoted price. Prices are in Euros.

3.5. Package
A package is a journey, for a price, with a stay longer than 24 hours or including an overnight stay and at least two of the following three elements are offered:
• a transport service or rental of a vehicle,
• accommodation,
• a tourist office which is not part of the transport or accommodation, but a significant proportion of the total price included.
The sales package is governed by Articles 7:500 t / m 7:513 BW. These provisions are supplemented by the following special provisions:

3.5.1. Reservations
The acceptance by the Service Provider of the reservations made by the Customer on the Website depend on the availability of the package and, more generally, of any circumstances which may hinder the implementation of the reservation. Service providers are not required to give reasons for a refusal to accept a reservation.
Acceptance by the Service will be formalized by sending a confirmation e-mail, mail or fax, within ten days after an order is placed by the Customer. This gives the customer the guarantee that no amount of his / her bank account will be debited until the moment confirmation of the availability is given by the serviceprovider of the service.
All information listed on the booking confirmation is deemed to have been accepted by the customer if he / she has not protested against it by e-mail to info@travelflamenco.com within 8 days. By the information can only be protested to the extent it differs from the reservation.

3.5.2. Price
On the Website presented travelogues specify, for each trip, the included services. Prices are given in Euros.
If accommodation is part of the package, prices should be calculated based on the number of nights and not on the number of whole days.
The Customer is drawn to the fact that the local authorities of certain countries may impose certain additional taxes (tourist tax, etc), to be paid at the spot. Only the Customer is liable for paying such additional taxes.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, prices do not include insurance, airline services, excess baggage, transportation from the airport to the accommodation, visa and vaccination costs or any personal expenses (laundry, telephone, beverages, room service, tip, etc), as well as exclusive tours or use of sports facilities, or more generally all not expressly mentioned in the booking confirmation.
The rates shown on the Website can be modified at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not apply to already accepted reservations, unless more than 30 days before the intended departure date are made for reasons related to fluctuations in fuel prices, taxes or regulations, or exchange rates.
In the case of a price change for one of the reasons mentioned in the previous paragraph, such changes will be only made in proportion to their share in the calculation of the price of the package.
A totally or partially part not paid by the Customer effects of suspending the trip, and the Customer is liable for all costs arising from such a suspension, without prejudice to any action against him / her can be taken.

3.5.3. Cancellation and amendment

In the event of cancellation or modification of the journey by the Customer, the following scale will be applied unless otherwise stated in the special provisions of the description of the trip:
More than 30 days before departure 10% of the fare
30 to 21 days before departure 40% of the fare
20 to 15 days before departure 60% of the fare
14 to 8 days before departure 75% of the fare
Up to 7 days before departure 100% of the fare
The Customer requests to cancel or change lead to refund within a reasonable period, the amounts paid by the Customer after deduction of amounts remain due based on the above table. Some packages can not be changed or canceled. In these cases, the amounts paid by the Customer will not be refunded.
In case of serious reasons to be communicated immediately to the Customer, Travelflamenco may change the journey. To twenty days before the trip, the amount can be raised in connection with changes in travel costs such as fuel costs, taxes and exchange rates. The gain should immediately be passed on to the Customer.

3.5.4. Administrative and / or health conditions
The terms set forth in Section 3.1.2 also apply to package.

3.5.5. Liability
In the event that Travelflamenco under the Civil Code is interpreted as the tour operator for the package, Travelflamenco's liability will be limited in the same way as provided in the Special Conditions or in a Treaty that the exclusion or limitation of liability of the service allows.
Travelflamenco's liability for damages arising from causes other than death or injury of a Customer is limited to a maximum of three times the price as provided in Article 7:509 paragraph 2 BW, unless Travelflamenco is to blame intent or gross negligence, in which case the liability is not restricted.
3.6. Photos and illustrations
Travelflamenco is committed to endeavors to the utmost to provide photos and illustrations to the Customer. The purpose of these photographs and illustrations, is to illustrate to the Customer the level of the accommodation or the degree of comfort and they should not be construed as a commitment that goes beyond this goal.

3.7. Insurance
Insurance are not part of the prices mentioned on the Website. Consequently, the Customer is advised to take insurance to cover the effects of certain cases of cancellation and an additional policy that provides coverage for specific risks such as repatriation costs in case of an accident or illness.
The risks are covered by these policies and the costs and the amount of cover, on the Website are provided for reference only. In the event that an insurance policy is concluded, the insurer sends the policy to the Client. Claims are to be submitted in accordance with the policy conditions directly to the insurance company.

Article 4. Financial conditions and payment procedures
Unless otherwise specified in the Special Conditions, the prices shown on the Website Services are in Euro or in local currency, excluding airport tax and any local taxes by the authorities in some countries.
The price of services ordered on the Website must be paid either to Travelflamenco, that such payment receives on behalf of the Serviceprovider, or directly to the Serviceprovider itself through the transmission of credit card number of the customer through a secure payment, or cash payment on the spot. Some combined offers, offered at an inclusive price on the Website may be subject to a partial payment in accordance with the amount of each of the Services. In this case the Customer will be informed about a possible partial payment in the e-mail order confirmation.
Unless otherwise specified in the Special Conditions of the Service, payments to the website are done by credit card (Visa and Eurocard / Mastercard are accepted) or ideal payment made through a secure payment system.

Article 5. Exchange
Exchange rates are calculated from various public sources and are for information only, as these may vary from day to day and not be updated daily. The accuracy of the exchange rates is not guaranteed. Using these exchange rates for other than personal use is prohibited.

Article 6. Customer service and complaints
Requests for information and complaints should be sent to Travelflamenco, who will accept on behalf of the Service, within 30 days after the end of the trip, by e-mail to info@travelflamenco.com.
Once the 30 day period has elapsed, no further complaints will be accepted. Complaints will only be considered if in the complaint mentioned difficulties have been reported to Travelflamenco during the course of the journey, or to the carrier if the dispute arises during the outward or return journey, so that measures can be taken to correct the problem and limit suffered damage by the Customer .
Complaints about loss, damage or theft of luggage, clothing or personal belongings during the stay are under the control of the client and will not be taken into consideration. Only luggage that is checked in with an airline is insured for the duration of the trip, based on the applicable fee scales.

Article 7. Liability Travelflamenco
The Customer acknowledges that Travelflamenco acts as an intermediary on behalf and in name of the Serviceprovider. Travelflamenco will under no circumstances be held liable with regard to the Services that the Customer has ordered in one or more service providers.
Travelflamenco is not liable if and insofar as the Customer is able to do his / her damage claim under an insurance policy, such as a travel and / or holiday cancellation insurance.

Article 8. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. The court in Arnhem has jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the interpretation and / or implementation.

Article 9. Final Provisions
If Travelflamenco at any time from any of the provisions of the Terms invokes it should not be construed as a waiver of the right of these provisions to call at a later time.
In the event that any provision of the Terms is invalid, this provision will be like not to be written, without the validity to harm other provisions, unless the provision is annulled essential and decisive.
Every circumstance of force majeure, including the interruption of communication or a strike by transporters, hoteliers or air traffic controllers, leading to suspension of obligations in these terms that are affected by the circumstance of force majeure and shall indemnify the party that the force majeure affected obligation was to comply.

Article 10.
The information, software, products and services provided by www.travelflamenco.com may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Travelflamenco may make improvements and / or changes at any moment in the information applied on www.travelflamenco.com and does so regularly. In no event Travelflamenco and / or Service Providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect and / or consequential damages in connection with the use of this website, or delay or inability to use the website.
